LEVEL 4 / POST 6 (WEEK 8): POST GRADUATE STUDIES

Hello everyone today I’m going to write about my post graduate studies. When get my title as a dentistry I want to do the test to study maxillofacial surgery post grade, I want to do this course because since I was a child I liked things related to surgery and delicate things, and when I was in ninth grade I decided that I want to operate people. I want to study this post grade here in Chile but if I could learn English someday I could study abroad in some state of United States like California or New York. Other post grade that I would like to study is implantology, I like this course very much because here you can operate the people too and with this post grade I can help elderly people, I can help my parents if some day (when they get old) with their denture. And other post grade that I would like to do in a few years is oral rehabilitation because I also can help elderly people with this profession and until now is more related to aesthetic thing that we do in practical classes. This 2 latest I want to study in Chile but in the south of Chile.

And finally I want to study with a part-time course because while I will been studying I want to work as a general dentistry or I want to do in anything that brings me money to pay my study.

LEVEL 4 / POST 5 (WEEK 7): MY FUTURE JOB.

Hello everyone, today I'm going to talk about the work I would like to have.  Well, first I would like to say that I have many options of what I would like to do in a few more years (In all these options I would like to work inside a clinic).  What comes to mind first is that when I leave the carrer and have my degree, I want to study a specialty such as oral rehabilitation, implantology, maxillofacial surgery, or another, but I would do it in a university in southern Chile, for  now my favorite is "Universidad Austral" of Valdivia, and I would like to stay there after doing the specialty and obviously have a job close to where I live, in a public place.
 It would be great to have a flexible schedule that I can put together to travel to other countries, and meet new places, but for that I would have to work in a private clinic and to have a private clinic I would have to have a lot of money.
 Another option would be to start working as a general dentist surgeon and have a business as a restaurant because I like things related to food.
A third option would be that after finishing the carrer I could do a specialty but not related to my current career I would like to do something different.
 And finally, I would like to have a good salary, but not necessarily an exaggerated salary to be rich but if I had it I would share it with my family and help poor people.
